What if you don’t remember your childhood? I have a little pieces, mostly from pictures of that time, have so little memories until the age of 9. After that I remember everything
I’ve been wondering the same thing. The parts of my childhood I remember most are the times I was up in a tree and felt safe and happy. Trees are still my happy place and feel like old friends who love me unconditionally. I always think my childhood was good but I don’t remember hardly any of it and have some deep feelings of shame and sadness that I can’t explain.
Once again you just nail it on exactly what I need to hear and have the most current and solid resources to share.. ! I had never heard of IFS but it stoked my interest and now reading Richard Schwartz’s book No Bad Parts which it is revelatory for me. Thank you for all you do and setting up these videos in advance for us, it means so much and and sending you so much love at this time!!!

I totally get where your coming from, with I myself experiencing sexual trauma and my parents divorce by the age of 6. I wish I could have spoken to my younger self because these traumas have unfortunately shaped my adult life. I have come a long way but I am still working through these issues.
