Also EA I’m like you I have a lot of headaches what has helped me a lot is lymphatic drainage massage, it helps almost instantly, so many videos in YouTube for that. Hip opening exercises are really helpful as we hold and store our traumas in our body we need to release them with somatic exercises or yoga.

The full moon is insane, I’m still waking up at 2/3 and I can’t sleep honestly I have been averaging 4/5 hours of sleep since the lion 8 portal and now the eclipse is coming on the 14th the energy is completely intense, astrologically speaking this period mark massive change in the world where everything is hidden is coming out with Pluto in Capricorn in the late degrees this dark and transformative times.
