OmG! yes I have been feeling this as well. I take hikes and have been in nature, but feel it has not been enough. So, I just came across the movie Earthing so this makes total sense. I was going to purhase a wire because it feels right on. I live up in the mountains in Tijeras, NM and it can get pretty cold and lots of snow recently so I was like Ahh how am I going to ground ?? OMG you just described all of the health issues I have been having lately! I mean the dizziness and Vertigo and feeling unfocused and out of my body was so bad that I went to an ear nose and throat specialist just yesterday! She prescribed steroids for me and everything in me tells me that is the worst thing for me to do right now and I have been contemplating not taking them LOL. Maybe I will try a little healing and grounding work on myself first…. thank you so much for this because this is obviously what I needed to see and hear today. Love and light

Magetism! This is so Amazing!!! I’m currently fascinated by a Biomagnetism course I’m taking! Using magnet pairs & placing them on the body & magnetizing food & water. I’ve been a nurse for 33 years & this is probably the coolest thing I’ve every learned. My dad was into magnets back in the early 90’s and we kinda blew him off. It’s a gamechanger to charge the magnet field, as it will protect the body from pathogens & it can also clear stuck emotions. Check out Dr. Garcia Biomagnetism! Also in Kundalini Yoga they teach alot of charging & clearing the electromagnetic field to keep the body strong. Another important thing is to put smart dots or emf protection on your devices. What really resonated for me was how the 5th Chakra, the voice of human communication
is what is arising and clearing personally and globally.
Then the importance of earthing and grounding personal energies and how the silvery moon is a place of
almost zero gravity (i.e. it is said to be one sixth of earth gravity) and how a human consciousness can
coexist in different dimensions in brief periods of time.
I was inspired to think of how the human heart is an incredible magnetic resonator as
an inter-dimensional portal – with the physical shape of the heart being a spiral, which
interacts electromagnetically with our life blood energy, purifying and imprinting
dimensional energies into our water of life, the magnetic blood print.
