Third Eye Blocks & Visualization : How do you overcome blocks in opening the third eye?

For me, commanding my body as it being vehicle or robot. I say and think to myself: third eye open up and i get visual repentation of an eye opening up.

Obviously i need to be meditating first, but somehow just thinking and commanding it to be open helps for me. Same thing when i want to close it.
