Thank you for this visual! It is really hard to explain this concept. It reminds me of the collusion cycle that is the root of all conflict and introduced to me in the book The Bonds That Make Us Free.
When your sense of safety, interferes with my sense of safety, is when a conflict begins. There is an accusation felt which provokes a defense. This defense shows a fear.
Collusion Cycle. Person A states their belief about Person B.
B is hurt by the accusation and defends. A digs in on the belief. B further defends. A will not get the validation they seek because B is in protection mode. + this becomes layered if B strikes back with accusations as a form of defense.
The way through is to ask questions out of genuine curiosity to get to the context and intention behind the perceived violation to allow open, non-judgmental dialogue.
A change in perception. Each responding with more sensitivity and care to the other’s growing sensitivity and care. In this mutual consideration, good feeling escalates as surely as ill feeling escalates in collusion.

I had a very similar meditation in the morning. Beings Human shaped light orbs dancing with each other and moving through each other, lighting each other up, activating each other, sharing heart energy. So excited that it is a universal theme.
