Looking for a partner for the workbook activities
Hi, I’m just starting out. I am very mental, so I have clarifying questions for Week 1, Lucid Dreaming:
1. The dream alarm is to be set/done at three different times during waking hours, correct?
2. The Waking Alarm instructions say to just turn off the alarm and go back to sleep, but under the same section in the workbook, there are 4 spaces for times and dream notes. Are we supposed to make note of our dream (if we have one), then go back to sleep?

Hi,for the first question the answer is yes,you have to set the alarm during waking hours. For the second question the waking alarm you set it up 4 times but you don’t have to get up but just close it and go back to sleep this process of wake and sleeping will put you in a lucid dream. If it happens one time you can write about it in the workbook notes area but if each time you wake and sleep you have different lucid dreams you can write about them

I felt like i had started astral traveling but didnt know why i hadn’t stepped out of my body, so thank you for telling the difference between remote viewing and astral travel. What happens is i see these vortexes or portals and i end up going through them. Yesterday i saw the planet Saturn for a moment and then went through this weird tunnel that had a yellow or golden triangle sigal on the front of it. I don’t know what that was but then i felt like i was falling and that was that. I can’t control it yet. This is new for me so I am so glad for this work shop ❤️ I only started meditating 6 months ago. Will just keep practising and set intentions.

Hi everyone, I really wanna thank EA for all this amazing info. I am 33yrs and since my 15’s I have been remote viewing/astral travelling but only realized a few years later because I never had anyone to explain what was happening to me and I was really scared at it for quite a long time. Not wanting to scare anyone I had so much shitty things going on, fighting with not very nice people and mostly being alone with no direction/destination (despite keeping asking the presence of my guides) and being in weird places, which drained a lot my energy. However also have been in lovely places, found people who apparently knew me despite I have never seen them and been able to experiment the Creating side of the thing. And flying…is just amazing! I am still not able to meet my guides and really understand what I can do for my highest good as well as for the humanity but I can see now lots of mistakes I have been doing and hope that I have more positive experiences in the future. 🙂

I’m practicing right now and I think I just experienced the difference between remote viewing and astral travel. Correct me if I’m wrong. I just was imagining myself walking in a place that I’m familiar with in Chicago by the lake. But I was walking there during summer and it was sunny. That would be astral projection. Then I said Let me experience that same location as it is right now (remote viewing) And it was dark and cold and windy and felt really uncomfortable for me to be there. So it’s like I wanted to change the details like the weather and stuff like that but I couldn’t because I was actually experiencing it as it is right now.
What are astral battles and why would we want to be a part of that?
I’m going to keep to the workbook this time. I never manage to have the attention span but I will this time.

I feel conflicted and hesitant to reallly try. Because at one moment it is “safe” to astral travel and remote view, but also it feels really unsafe if we need to cut cords, infuse white light, and use invisibility cloaks. That to my mind creates “this isn’t actually safe” alarms and is keeping me from trusting the process. Thoughts keep stopping me like, “did I protect myself enough,” or, “what if I forget to pop into multiple different places and I go straight back to my body and a dark entity follows me?” Advice? Is it “safe” only if we master the protective tools?.
…although your points are valid, getting in a car or airplane or crossing the street all pose some potential risks, as most everything else you do.
Hey everyone I’m looking for a suggestion. While working thru week 1 on the astral travel workshop I haven’t had the experience of becoming lucid. I can remember only a small amount from the dreams in between the alarms. Should I continue to work with week 1 until I achieve this or continue forward? Thank you for any suggestion

This is a question I have also. Could it mean that when I’m completely engulfed in human activity on a type of “auto pilot” that’s when the awareness is off doing something else?

I have adhd and I feel like it’s what Taj described. I caught myself a few times listening to this video but also staring at my ceiling fan. I was paying attention to EA but I was NOT paying attention to my body.
I was thinking it was when I am daydreaming/ imagining other things/people/locations, not present, or not paying attention, not grounded
I also have this exact question also. If I’m out of body right now, who’s running the ship, and where am I?
