In this video, Elizabeth April discusses the concept of twin flames. She shares her thoughts on how the idea of twin flames can sometimes lead to disempowerment and expectations in relationships. Elizabeth explains that while she believes in the existence of twin flames, she sees it as a splitting of souls into multiple parts rather than just two halves. She emphasizes that twin flames dont necessarily have to be romantic partners and that it is rare for them to come together in one lifetime. Elizabeth suggests letting go of expectations and embracing a quantum perspective on relationships.
I can attest to the reality of the twin flame phenomenon and that it is quite misunderstood by a lot of people. I agree with Michael’s comment here.
Many think of twin flames the same as soulmates and they are much different. I’ve done much research into twin flames over the last ten years and this is because I then met a man who I later found out is mine. I had no knowledge of twin flames until I googled my symptoms thinking I was going crazy and discovered this was a thing, crazy as it sounds.
Ten years into this I can tell you that I’m 100% convinced twin flames are real and I’m also convinced that unless you have experienced it yourself you can never truly understand it. I would never have believed it if I hadn’t. It is apparently a rare thing—not meant to be a harmonious fairy tale relationship but instead a highly triggering and emotionally painful experience meant to force you into a spiritual awakening where you both learn complete unconditional love, and if in union, will help the collective move into ascension. Our relationship was originally platonic but later became romantic in spite of him being 23 years younger and not at all the type of man I would normally be attracted to. I also had already had a 32 year marriage and kids with my soulmate and wasn’t looking for another relationship. And I can tell you this is not the type of relationship anyone should be seeking unless they want to go through a great deal of emotional pain because there is a real dark night of the soul that happens here and it is very painful. There is also a blissful part to it, but this is still not something anyone would willingly want to experience. We engage in the experience only because the connection is so deep and the energetic attraction is so strong. I was completely driven.
I think if you can make it to Union then it’s definitely all worth it, but I don’t think most twins get there. It’s a rough journey. Mine and I are not in Union and we may never get there but I’m working hard on healing my own trauma so we’ll see.
I agree it is not always romantic. That’s really not purpose of it. There is a purpose though. It’s to bring about that spiritual awakening and help elevate the frequency of the planet. Anyone truly interested in this subject I would recommend looking up Irina Nola. She is a past life regression QHHT hypnotherapist who has accumulated a vast amount of data on this topic from regressing twin flames for years and is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve found on the subject so far.
Thank you for sharing your deeply personal and insightful experience! 🌟

While one shouldn’t expect anything off it, as with attaching overall, having found what feels like a piece of your own soul is indescribable. The kundalini activations and absolute harmony is just otherworldly. Although dark and painful (beyond imaginable) in many cases, leading up to the union due to all the healing. Past life traumas etc being brought to the surface.
However this concept includes only two people, the reason for it is to enter harmonious union and bring forth into this realm unconditional love. Something that prior hasn’t been a thing on earth. The triggered healing is birthed out of having a literal mirror of yourself, showing you all your wounds throughout your lifetimes together. Wouldn’t be a thing if we were 3,4,5 people sharing the soul – when you heal yourself you heal the other. As well as the whole collective, but everything is intensified in these connections.
While healing can be done in union, the example usually describes one part running due to not being determined enough to work on themselves. The final union therefor often follows a solitary healing period. I personally considered myself somewhat fully healed upon meeting my twin, and wow did i get my butt kicked. I mean it was insane.
There’s a lot to say about this, but the harmonious union is something most definitely intended to come to fruition, since it’s the fruit of the healing. Although each and every one on the journey has to come to peace with healing being the main goal. As for life in general, for everyone. But if one do heal, and pursue life with your passion – and the age gap isn’t too big, the two will end up together. It’s a huge part of our mission here. This is truly something else. And can only be written off having not experienced the intensity. It sounds like such woo woo though.
Self love, leads to the most beautiful divine unions. Whether you have entered this life with a twin or not.
I 100% agree and resonate with this more. Beautifully said. This is the type of thing you must experience to truly understand. Infinite love. ✨

Hi EA, I read your book last December and triggered my awakening. Did a lot of research found my wife is a twin flame. Verified married 33 years. Classic separation, immediate attraction. We are a rare case, old souls, from Andromeda, last incarnation, retired? Recently found im clairvoyant, claircognicent, my wife full phsychic in denial. We compliment each other with unbelievable teamwork, cannot do as individual. Thanks
Wow, that’s an incredible journey! I’m so glad to hear that EA’s book resonated with you and helped trigger your awakening. Discovering your gifts together must be an amazing experience❤️
