Thank You for sharing all this information. I could listen to you everyday. On 11/11 I did feel a rise in my vibration…but sadly it didn’t last. I have had a vibrational rise maybe 2 times before but it doesn’t last and I can assure you it is pure bliss. I hope you can help us permanently raise our vibration. Do you have a meditation or video that we can use to connect with the GFL? I would like to be able to leave my body like you do and be able to ask questions and see them as easily as you do. I have done lots of astral travel, but mostly during sleep time which has been random. To be more focused on where I go. I do have a lot of archangels and Egyptians that come to me and in dream time and would usually forget what was said. To learn not to forget consciously.

This was my 1st time here. Thank you so much for sharing that information, Galatic Federation. Very helpful. Where do we send you the questions that we have for them? How do we eliminate the stickiness that comes with the black magic? When they are thought throwing individuals, they attach themselves to us and leave us sticky, too! I have a karmic relative who works through me but is not at the same vibration as me. So when people read me or when I am doing things, I can feel her vibration entering me, thus lowering my vibration as well. The stickiness feels so true! At one time, I felt like I had to fight fire with fire, even though that wasn’t the way I wanted to go. Archangel Michael told me I needed to do this. It worked for a short time; as I evolve, they evolve too, unfortunately not for the better. They keep attacking me, and it’s pissing me off! I was told I needed to learn this to help others. Sometimes, the journey sucks piggy toes! Thank you, Elizabeth, for bringing this message! I know it took a lot from you being sick, and I hope you and your family get to feeling better, with love and light.
