Did Kinetic say to get rid of the expired food (our baggage) by taking on the new energy?
I believe they are holding off the solar energy until we can unload enough of our collective “stuff”. After we download some of our baggage, then we can then just “be”.
Once we shine the light on our own 🔦shadows, then we can shine it on others.
Once we can just be with ourselves without distractions, then we remember who we really are ( great beings of light).
Then we fall back in love with our selves❤️😀cause we 👀who we really are.

EA this is fascinating how you mention about pain 34:16 and to focus on it. This weekend I had a rib go out again, this happens fairly regularly for me, I normally can pop it back in myself, this time though it has had me down and in pain all weekend. I didnt take pain meds, because I dont use them unless I absolutely have to. Im heading to the chiropractor after work and was planning on working on some stuff this evening, however since my chiro appt is later in the day, I am 100% going to NOT get on social media after work and rather go internal and see what my spirit guides need me to know. One thing that came up for me yesterday was that I need to follow my intuition for moving my body. Ive joined beachbody twice now and its burnt me out and Ive ended both times in pain due to my rib. I did some gentle yoga movement yesterday, used some essential oils, my husband massaged and did some cracking. Yes I need to trust my intuition more and also let go…
And literally right after I paused to type this out you talk about what I had mentioned I did for my body movement… ok feeling the alignment BIG time! Thank you

This was an amazing GFL event. I watched most of it live, but dozed off while listening because I was so tired yesterday. Just listened to it again and I was having full body chills during so many moments in the conversation. Her final message had me in tears. Feeling more compassion towards myself as I navigate some challenging shadow work. I am also feeling much more at ease over AI. Fear has completely disappeared. Thank you, EA ❤️ I love you so much.

Thank you so much, first time here on a 11.11 GFL. What a great sum of questions and answers. I connected to the ‘future’ part of me, that has been through these difficult ‘war’ timelines ones before, and collectively reached a 0 point oneness. And now volunteering to assist this collective process once again. So it resonated so much that all timelines already have been experienced. And of course that we are one and ultimately only exists as one in this 0 point of allness and oneness.
Personally I got some elaboration on what my role was back then and how the ‘end-period’ played out.
These are indeed extreme times.

OMG! I was so activated by this. It was as though I came out of my body and could feel myself as the whole universe, and looking at it in its infiniteness. Then I zoomed back down to the tiniest fragment of what is the things I focus on everyday, my grievances, my fears, my regrets. They were so insignificant and I could not believe how much of my time I take up focusing on this. Definately a reset for me!
I agree – this helps us to activate our dna-we sometimes forget how powerful we all are ! I do this too & have to catch myself -ground & stay in the moment! !
