Re chemtrails: I believe that all we absorb can be transmuted! Obviously we don’t want to fill our bodies with chemical preservatives and GM foods which should be avoided wherever possible. However, if unavoidable we can ask our bodies to assist: “please eliminate anything that is not for my highest good”.
As for chemtrails we can tell our bodies “everything I absorb makes me brighter” knowing that our bodies are exceptional enough to convert the intended poisons into something that benefits us!
If it’s too hard to totally believe that is possible, we can use the elimination mantra above.
