I’m watching this right now, sick with Covid and the recovery has also been quick. So funny to get your message straight away. I have lost smell and taste which is a crazy experience. However, it has given me a wonderful opportunity to experience eating and drinking for the pure sake of fueling my body. Thanks for the validation, I felt that this sickness had altered my reality a bit and I do feel as though I am in a higher state.

Recently, (time is weird & so am I) while I was out in the woods, on a run, I started feeling ill with all the mucus welling up, I started coughing and my throat hurt, so I intuitively asked these little white pine trees if I could make some tea with their needles because I had heard that that is way to boost the immune system and they agreed as long as I only took a few from each, so I did. At home, after drinking all of the two batches of steeped infused water I was no longer ill.
