Thanks beautiful soul At the start of the pandemic I deep dived into just about everything. Aliens, government coverups. I found a bond to the Pleiadians and had previous lives with my twin as Native Americans and Vikings. I then persued my songwriting twinflame and journeyed into another realm, spent months writing songs and spending forever in 5D and very intense experiences. I then crashed and found myself getting back into 3D much to my distaste. But knew we had to help each other. I hit rock bottom and am now clawing my way back to getting my life together. Gosh EA, I used to be all about trying to figure out what was going on, spread the word that covid and shots (i can say that word here, yay!) were fear and control. The world, the governments, etc were pure evil in a way I never really appreciated. I was always spiritual, meditated, etc but my real awakening and realization came during covid time period. Manifesting, etc.
It came to a point that I realized I could not hold a space of peace, love and wellbeing when I read the news. I would feel sadness, anger, fear, and contract. I also realized that I was feeding the monster so to speak when I focused my energy on news, and realized what I put my attention on could be my timeline reality/creation as I feed my energy in what they are creating/suggesting. By turning off the news, I have created great things in my reality that would not have happened without turning it off. I have become more introspective on changing myself, not the world around me. (I keep getting pounded with release/clearing energy, followed by spiritual expansion. I feel beat up, kinda over it!!) I do not think i would be allowed to progress fully if I focused on news, too dangerous. I do not want to create that 3D reality.
I also want to create a timeline of free energy that exsists right now, just hidden from the public, and full contact with ET!! I truly believe free energy for everyone (no polution, which currently exsists- zero point energy) will be how the world gets rebalanced, as the old oil system colapses and everyone has access to free non polution energy. Everyone’s quality of life will improve at every level. The technogy that cleans water and air exsists, just takes a lot of energy, and boom, we can start cleaning our planet.
I think news intermittently when guided or prompted works best for me. Maybe 6 times this year? Most my news is second hand from channels I follow or friends/family. I can digest it better that way, send it love. My husband reads the news, but is not emotionally affected by it. He knows most things disturb me, so he does not tell me anything, even maui and hurricane! LOL! I have been seeing 555 for the past week, new for me. I am now in the news trying to figure it out, what are they preparing me for? But change is a foot!

I think if we really listen to our intuition and guides, we know where we should put our energy.
