I know what you mean with the heaviness feeling.
I’ve been feeling down and overwhelmed the last month l would say.
Actually it’s since l had 2 military copters fly above my house really really low.
Yet when l checked the RAF flight activity they was nothing that day in my area . Only activity that day was in Wales. Hundreds of miles away.
I had it before years ago where they did it everyday for 5 weeks !
I feel like they’ve been flying helicopters here more too (I’m in mid-michigan) but thought I was crazy. A few weeks ago one flew so low that it was super loud and the house started creaking and vibrating 😳 I don’t understand why they’re doing it
I live in Knoxville, TN and I too have noticed more helicopter sounds, mostly at night

Absolutely love this message! Today I disconnected from all the distraction. No social media, no tv, no big stressful outing. Just tried to be present in the moment with my children and husband and enjoy our time together. It was a very relaxing anxiety free day.
