Sorry but I have to object to your conclusion here. If a thirty-something gets pains in her body, it can totally be a physical thing, and it honestly doesn’t surprise me that you get pains and migraines knowing that you eat spinach which is really high in oxalate. The human body is not designed to eat leaves, and it’s not designed to be able to deal with large amounts of plant anti-nutrients. Sadly, there is a lack of awareness among the public about how plants are trying to poison us because they don’t want to be eaten, and they are wrongly regarded as being healthy. But nowadays there is a growing awareness of how the food industry has misled us into believing this, because many people are finding relief from chronic pain by eating a low oxalate diet, and relief from many other ailments.
