As a therapist, I can say fully, that we are trained that the only way to heal trauma is to integrate the fractured self into the whole. Exposure and reprocessing IS the treatment, no matter what model is used. Anything that allows ongoing avoidance doesn’t treat trauma. 🙏🏽 It’s affirming to know that if an interdimensional therapist is using that approach, human therapists are not that far off. 💖
