Just wanted to let you know, and thank you, that in the last coaching call when you cut the draining chord off that lady I simultanously checked mine, cause I had similar symptoms and I maintained the energy but didn’t really went into it.
I saw I had a huge hole behind me by the sacrum area and I worked with it too. It wasn’t with the elements as you did, it came through a bit different but I have no symptoms at all since.
I had severe low back pain for 2 yrs and I’m not old. I’m athletic. No one could help with the pain. I figured out how to make it go away but it came back time to time.
It’s completely gone now. I even tried to trigger it and nothing. So Yaaaaaay!!!!!
