I wonder if the back pain could have been a nudge from spirit guides or angels to protect you from an impending dangerous timeline?? I too am a stubborn perfectionist that has always pushed myself past my physical limits when I know I should not be doing so… it is a lesson I continue to learn in my mid 50’s, and I have had times where I did not listen and there were negative outcomes that could have been avoided if I would have just deeded that intuition. And the fact that you said the pain started subsiding once you turned around and headed home….Things that make you go hhhmmmmm

I haven’t listened to the podcast yet. But I’ve struggled with chronic pain since 15 years old, and am now 35. Some people like to say “you’re too young for that”. There were explanations as far as mechanical back and neck pain, etc. But despite treatments, it really persists. I wonder if some if it is trapped energy and of a spiritual nature
One more quick thing. As far as the incident of the man in the coffee shop conversation, it sounds to me it is possible that person might have been one of your guides in physical form.

Ha Ha! as an intuitive card reader, I ‘feel you’ regarding people not taking advice. I always get a chuckle when people ask me questions and I give them the information/answers/advice and they don’t follow through and then call me back later and say their situation has gotten worse. I used to get frustrated, but now at the age of 59 I finally understand everyone is on their own path and journey. I just help them where they are at and let them choose how to use the info I share
