So happy l got reminded about vibrational navigation. A lot has been going on with my 3 teenage daughters, all at the same time , along with my own stuff, and I have been absorbing teenage bs.. The headaches and body pains have been off the charts, for someone who has suffered with migraines basically my entire life to say that says a lot…I have no clue if I am a star seed, if so, I truly hope my contract is done after this. This place is completely nuts. I do not try to enhance my abilities bc it has totally freaked me out in the past. I am an empath and that is hard enough to navigate. This video was very important for me to hear. I need to let go of my current 6 year situationship and give it to my higher power to sort out. I heard you loud and clear with vibrational navigation, that needs to be my focus. I am very thankful for finding you, you have helped me so much.

About the question on measuring frequency, Heartmath Institute has software and gadgets (legit and affordable) where you can visually attain heart coherence, through breathe, relaxing, in real-time. It works. I’ve used them. Probably even better stuff now. This was 10 years ago. 💚

OOOH, Ear ringing, I’ve been experiencing the same thing you mentioned, I have a base line ringing/tinnitus, then suddenly silent in my left ear and super loud ringing in my right ear that dies down in about 10-15 seconds. I will usually feel a pleasure in my right ear at the same time too.
I first noticed this happening when listening to Lee Carrol/Kryon
But usually, it’s just the pressure I experience now, especially after I identified it as a message to listen closely or go back and listen to that sentence again.

I will go answer in the forum but I know of 2 devices that are reading frequencies: Muse for Brain frequencies or EmWave from Heartmath for Heart frequencies. I have both. I prefer EmWave and we can really see the heart coherence going up and really high when feeling gratitude. I have not seen any device that read our energy signature just yet but I’m sure it’s coming 🙏
