Ive been sick 5 times (once a month) in 2024 and I rarely get sick! After I recovered from the last sickness, something really shifted inside of me. My psychic and telepathic abilities have increased a great deal and I can’t stomach a lot of the foods I used to eat – i found myself craving fresh whole food more and more (no complaints there!)

I resonate so much with being a “key holder”. I have been activating, integrating “Grid work” Grid lines everywhere I go consciously and intentionally. I also place a piece of quartz crystal in a certain location and sometimes I do it with certain individuals who are open enough to become and integrate the aspect of themselves as a Light.
Just yesterday I received a text message from a friend of mine in Venice Beach to get together. He is reiki spiritual massage practitioner and he is talking about unlocking a key. It cannot be more obvious than this.

In December I was going bat shit crazy and had a major ego death and then finally felt happy again which lasted about a month and now im back to being in a stagnant state and ive lost connection. I haven’t felt connected in like 2 months now and feeling the depression creeping back into my head. I’m so upset because I felt like I had done sooooo much work and finally reached a good place mentally and then one day i just switched and now I feel like im back to where I was before I did all the self work.

Not meaning to defend Biden, but blaming him for inflation seems kinda silly given that it has been occurring everywhere in the world, as an after-effect of the pandemic. I guess most Americans just aren’t too aware of what is going on in the rest of the world.
Speaking of Americans’ lack of awareness about what is happening in the rest of the world, I wonder how many of them are aware of the fact that many Ukrainians have been and are still being tortured by the invading Russians. It may well be that Biden is a clone being controlled by a reptilian and Trump’s soul mission is to bring the corrupt system down, but at what price? He wants to just stop sending aid to Ukraine, which would result in Russia taking over the whole country and raping and torturing countless innocent Ukrainian civilians. That’s what worries me the most, knowing what torture is like from previous incarnations of mine on this planet. And I feel a need to point this out to wake up all those people who don’t seem to care that other people are being tortured, or who choose to look away. If you had true empathy with those poor Ukrainians, you wouldn’t be whining about the billions it’s costing your country to help defend them.
And don’t come along with your conspiracy theories about Putin actually being a good guy and the Ukrainians being Nazis. I met lots of Russians and Ukrainians when I was modelling in Asia, so I know from experience that the latter are in general much nicer people. Being German, I also happen to know a little about our local history. It’s well known here that when the Russians came at the end of the Second World War, they raped lots of women. So when I read about how the Russian soldiers and the convicts that fight for them are raping Ukrainian women, I find that believable. Also, my Higher Self is telling me that Putin is being controlled by a reptilian entity, as are his best friends Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-Un, Assad and the Ayatollah. (Also the Iranian premier Raisi who was deliberately killed in the recent helicopter crash.) Zelensky is corrupt of course but at least not directly controlled by a reptilian.
Oh man, VAPING: almost killed me! well, i was wishing to die b/c my body felt so COMPLETELY TOXIC. I was constantly in fight or flight mode, elevated heart rate, blood pressure, racing thoughts, it was 24/7. I think it depends on the type of vape you use, but the disposable flavorful ones are the worst for humanity. and i suspect powers that were are COMPLETELY aware of this. vaping keeps humanity firmly locked in the 3-D
Yes, heavy metals but also PROPYLENE GLYCOL (PG). think: antifreeze! being inhaled into the lungs and building up in every single organ in our bodies. i may have just been extra sensitive to vaping, but my soul was SCREAMING for me to quit. It was the major factor in limiting my spiritual growth for over 3 years. I didn’t realize all the side effects I was experiencing were even due to vaping. It was a subtle build up. I was anxious ALL THE TIME, especially upon waking. This was the direct result of the toxic buildup and toxic overload. My body was working overtime to eliminate the PG and heavy metals. Once I finally realized this (again, took 3 years to realize) and I was able to quit – I could feel myself reconnecting to my higher self. No judgement here and again I may have been extra sensitive but I am concerned for our youth and the effects PG may have on their developing brains 🙁

Both my kids had a 24 hr head cold/ fevers. They both looked so different to me after they got over it. I didn’t get sick but have had this pulling down sensation not dizziness where It’s spinning put that elevator down up sensation .

A few thoughts:
1: two things can be true at the same time. We can look at one things from multiple angles to see that reality is based off the perception of the viewer. How do we come to neutrality? We look at it from our view, the opposite persons views, then we remove ourselves entirely to look at it as a whole. When we do this, we can put ourselves in the shoes of others to come to a place of understanding and an ability to meet in the middle to actually move forward with a resolution. We can see trump as a bad option while also seeing Biden as a bad option, because in reality, neither are great.
2: if we can manifest through chaos as a collective, then it makes sense to me to have chaos as the “head” energy to allow the lightworkers and starseeds to project and create that reality for everyone. My intuition tells me Biden has a pedophilia issue, so I believe that by having him in office will create that energy which will make it more difficult to bring in the new frequency. If trumps contract is the bringer of Chaos and he has karma to work through from previous lives, as we more into a higher frequency, these lessons and karma will process through more rapidly to make way for HIM to learn his lesson then causing that ripple.
3: I believe our political parties are similar to natural disasters. I view the Republican Party as a hurricane. The hurricane can come in strong and wreck havoc, but you know a hurricane is coming so you can buy extra water and nail down your windows. You prepare yourself. The Democratic Party is like a tornado. Can cause equally as much damage, but you don’t know that it’s coming and you never know who it’s going to affect. So, in my mind, it’s a matter of are you a person who doesn’t want to know how the story ends or do you like to be surprised. They are both 2 sides to the same coin equally destructive in their own way.
4: I believe apart of people seeing the truth in Biden is partly because our media, and partly because people are lacking trust within themselves. They are scared to admit that the lack of trust in themselves has superglued their rose colored glasses on.
5: I hope for the best for both of them. I hope they find their way and can learn. I have hope for everyone and I by projecting hate onto a person is like cursing them. We must see them both with love and project that love onto them so that maybe, just maybe we can allow them the grace to choose the light for themselves. Maybe by projecting hatred and negativity onto a person, we are collectively manifesting that person to be evil. Maybe by allowing love in our hearts for someone that we don’t agree with, we open the door for them to learn love for themselves.
6: darkness is the absence of light. It’s not the opposite. A dark person is just a person without their own light, so why don’t we just allow them to borrow some of ours so that they are able to become their own. There’s never a lost hope for anyone. This includes trump or Biden.
