Regarding the water flavouring, you can get organic extracts via Amazon (or even Etsy & FleaBay) in liquid or powder form. The do help with encouraging water drinking. ALSO, another thing that I’ve noticed is, after I bought a Sodastream, drinking water is “more fun” than just plain water. With or without the flavoring (I started with, and eventually didn’t even want flavors anymore).

OMG I just remembered because EA reminded me about “deprogramming” Ourselves from the Programming we’ve been under.
1) I’ve been programmed like all of Us. I ATTACKED And Hunted this Programming within myself to terminate its obvious foreignness. Then I attacked it as it exists “in society”.
2) then I discovered I’m Dark Fleet and that We “Program” EVERYBODY in the Universe with Simple MIND GAMES which are SIMPLE to unwind “deprogram”
